Jon Matteson has been an actor for 10 years, working in Chicago and in LA. While in Chicago, he started performing regularly at the comedy theaters iO, The Annoyance & Second City. Jon has toured with The Second City onboard the Norwegian Gem and on land in #DateMe. Jon was a founding member of (Re)discover theatre, a company focused on performing classical works and reinventing them for a modern audience. In 2018, Jon was cast as the title role in Starkid's "The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals" and made the move to LA. Jon continued working with Starkid, performing in the 10th Anniversary Concert, "Starkid Homecoming" and "Black Friday." Jon has also been seen in "Chicago Fire" and recently as the role of Glen in "Royalties", directed by Amy Heckerling.
