J. Elaine Marcos is known for her brilliant comedic timing and scene-stealing roles on Broadway on in Film and Television. This Filipino triple threat Broadway Veteran of 10 Broadway shows conducts workshops and masterclasses to students inspiring them by showing how she broke down casting barriers and how she approached auditions with a different perspective. Broadway credits include Miss Saigon, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, The Wedding Singer, Flower Drum Song, Sweet Charity, Gettin’ the Band Back Together, and Wonderful Town. J. Elaine is also known for breaking down the casting barrier and playing Valerie Clark in A Chorus Line and Lily St. Regis in Annie opposite Jane Lynch. Film appearances include Morning Glory, St. Vincent, Before I Disappear, and the critically acclaimed documentary Every Little Step. Some of her TV credits include “RENT: Live” as Alexi Darling, “2 Broke Girls,” “Grace and Frankie,” “30 Rock,” and “Law & Order: SVU.
